How to do the Chest Press (Machine)

  1. Sit down on the chest press machine with your feet flat on the floor and your back pressed firmly against the backrest. Grasp the handles with both hands, palms facing forward, and position your elbows at a 90-degree angle.
  2. Push the handles forward and extend your arms fully, keeping a slight bend in your elbows to avoid locking them.
  3. Slowly return to the starting position by bending your elbows and bringing the handles back towards your chest.
  4. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
