Delete Your Account & Data

You can permanently delete your Durata account and all associated data at any time, directly from the app. There is no waiting period and the action is irreversible.

Delete from within the app

1. Open Durata and go to More → Settings → Account.
2. Tap Delete Account & All Data.
3. Confirm both prompts.

This immediately and permanently removes:

• Your account and sign-in (the email/identity stored by our authentication provider).
• All workouts, exercises, routines, body metrics, nutrition, cardio, sleep and goals stored in the cloud.
• Your app settings and any Pro entitlement.
• All local data on the device (including progress photos, which never leave your device).

Deleted data cannot be recovered and is not retained after deletion.

Prefer us to do it for you?

If you can't access the app, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account and request deletion. We'll erase your account and data and confirm by reply, typically within a few days.

What about diagnostics & analytics?

Anonymous crash diagnostics (Sentry) and product-usage analytics (PostHog) are not tied to your account identity and contain no workout content. To have any such records purged as well, mention it in your email to support.
