Durata 1.1.1

- Physique Peak's main lifts are 3 × 5 with an AMRAP that raises your training max.
- Starting weights have − and + buttons and a Clear All.
In the workout
- Change a lift's progression rule mid-workout and it takes effect straight away.
- Edit a ticked set and its record updates: the trophy goes, or a new record gets its moment.
- Setup Next: Clear Setup, and more of your settings on the chip.
- Type a weight during a rest and Up Next updates at once.
- A set ticked without a weight stays marked until you add one.
Also
- Back-off and percentage sets start at the right weight.
- Push / Pull / Legs sits under the muscle map, and its shares add up to 100%.
- Cleaner Settings and import screens.

Every change in 1.1.1
New
- Setup Next has a Clear Setup button: it wipes everything set for a lift at this gym (rack settings, angle, kit, bar and note).
Improved
- Program pages chart each lift exactly as the app will progress it, week by week, and say how a plan adds weight instead of an over-optimistic total gain.
- Beginner programs that repeat (Ivysaur, GZCLP, 5/3/1 for Beginners and others) chart a realistic six weeks ahead.
- Physique Peak's main lifts are 3 × 5 with an AMRAP last set that raises your training max when you beat it.
- Starting a program: the starting-weights sheet matches the training maxes sheet, with − and + buttons and a Clear All to start without suggested weights.
- Working Weights has a Clear All, and clearing a weight there unsets it.
- Setup Next's chip shows more of your saved settings when they fit.
- Tips under the current set are larger and easier to read.
- The session sheet marks the exercise you are on in amber.
- A set ticked without a weight keeps its weight box red until you add one.
- The fatigue line shows for lifts logged without a weight.
- Rep drop-off counts every exercise of three sets or more.
- Settings' Health, Hevy, Account, Plate Calculator and Sound Check screens are cleaner rows you tap, with sync results shown in place.
- Bringing your training over from Hevy, Strong or a CSV has cleaner, easier-to-read screens from start to finish.
- Training's Exercises list gives the screen to your exercises as you scroll, with search and List/Grid kept at the top.
- The Discord link opens the Durata server's own invite.
- Get in Touch links to Durata on Instagram, X and the WhatsApp Channel.
- Training, Progress and You show a thin line at the top as you scroll, so you can see how far down a long page you are.
Fixes
- Back-off sets in Leangains and Jacked and Tan 2.0 take their weight off the top set you actually lift, and Ivysaur's 90% sets start at the working weight.
- Plans you build raise your training max when the AMRAP hits the reps you set, instead of needing double.
- The progression chip keeps showing your plan's target reps after you log a short set.
- Records set with Complete All Sets show in the Session Complete celebration.
- Typing a weight during a rest updates Up Next and Setup Next straight away.
- The rest timer no longer calls a percentage set "Intensity".
- A long exercise name is no longer hidden behind the PR stamp.
- Number boxes everywhere behave like the workout's: no copy and paste bar, and the number is ready to overtype.
- Starting a fat-loss plan suggests a sensible target (e.g. 15 for body fat, not 80), and the Set a Target sheet is easier to read.
- Starting a program that needs no training maxes no longer mentions training maxes you never set.
- The session preview shows % sets as numbered sets and marks the AMRAP set, as the workout does.
- A plan's share card names its goal in the app's words: Fat Loss, Build Muscle, Strength + Size.
- Back from any Settings screen returns you to the same spot in the list.
- Account's Sync Now shows when it last synced as soon as the sync finishes.
- Closing the keyboard with Back in a search brings the tab bar back, and the list no longer runs under the phone's navigation bar.
- An exercise's Best Weight chart labels its axis on even steps, so 102.5 kg no longer reads as 103.
- Program pages: the chart heading no longer leaves a word on its own line.
- Skater Squat, Ski Erg, Spanish Split Squat, Windshield Wipers and Woodchopper show their how-to videos.
- Knee Raise Parallel Bars shows its how-to video.
- The Gallery's Time Lapse no longer pops a message when you have too few photos.
- On the web, leaving a plan's page by the sidebar closes it.
- The session editor's help for the set column describes the set sheet: Set, Load and Layers.
- The Pro screen names the analytics cards the way the app does, such as Muscle Balance.
- Changing a lift's progression rule during a workout works again and takes effect straight away, on the chip and when you finish.
- A changed progression rule shows everywhere in the plan, including Home's Lift Status.
- Editing a ticked set's weight or reps updates its record: the trophy goes if it no longer is one, and a new record gets its moment.
- The Signature PR moment keeps long numbers on screen.
- Session Complete's Skyline stands every lift's sets on one ground line.
- Session Complete's Skyline shortens lift names, leaving off the equipment in brackets.
- Push / Pull / Legs sits under the muscle map on the session sheet (in the workout and the plan editor) and the session preview, and its shares add up to 100%.
- Plan Overview: tapping an exercise opens its sets, as in the session preview.
- A plan's Report Card uses the full width of the screen, as the plan screen does.
- On a free account, the progression sheet shows Change Rule locked, as the plan editor does, instead of opening the Pro screen mid-workout.
Durata 1.1.0
Durata 1.1.0 redesigns the whole app. We went through every screen so it reads at a glance between sets: bigger text, fewer words, each fact said once, and anything you tap opens the detail behind it.
New look
- Every screen redesigned: Home, Training, the workout, Progress, Nutrition, Cardio, Body, Gallery, Goals, You and Settings.

Training, rebuilt
- Discover: a shelf for each goal, with a quick look at any program.
- Every program has its own page: your week with your weights, the whole block, and where it takes you.
- A planner for your week: drag sessions between days, every setting in one place.
- Your own plans progress themselves: one tap sets a rule for every lift.

- Setup Next tells you the plates, the pin and the seat before each set.
Records and celebrations
- A new record gets its moment, with thirteen animations, and a new finish screen has eighteen celebrations.
- Share cardio records, and replay any past session's celebration.

- Review, History, Strength, Workload and the PR Board: shorter, clearer, and every number opens its chart.
- Home tiles are easier to read and open exactly what they show.

- HIIT: a rounds bar on the work and rest screens shows where you are, and the warm up, rounds and cool down are marked W, 1, 2, 3 and C
- The finish screen's closing line now says something useful, or nothing, instead of filler like "Spun Down"

- Goals say each fact once, Show on Home is a switch in Edit Goal, and finished plan cards say Plan Complete
- Your profile photo on the You tab is bigger

- The streak moved from the top of Home onto the Streak tile, which warns you when a rest day would end it.
Fixes
- On iPhone, switching the exercise list between List and Grid keeps your place

- Sessions you haven't arranged yourself always list the most recently done first.
- Tapping a session you finished today on Home's Up Next opens its history, even when the workout has a different name.
- In the session editor, changing a lift's reps updates its progression straight away, so the rule you see is the one a tap changes
- Tapping a lift's progression in the session editor opens the rule picker again, instead of a locked "Managed by" sheet
- On a cardio exercise START sits just above the bottom of the screen, and nothing is drawn under the phone's own buttons
- A HIIT block with many rounds keeps START on screen, and a black band no longer covers the bottom of a workout
- The exercise strip in a workout and the session editor no longer jumps when you tap a lift further along
- A plan started on a Sunday now completes Week 1, warmups never go below the empty bar, and your plan's weight change matches its report

- History: a weight record's trophy no longer covers the × between weight and reps
- A session you skipped stays skipped after you start the next week
- Up Next ticks today's session once you have done it
- Android: the Back button now closes an exercise's note editor instead of leaving it stuck on screen.

- The Settings menu no longer shows through at the bottom of a Settings screen.
- Android Back closes the streak sheet instead of closing the app.
Durata 1.0.3
Fixes

Improved

- Muscle names and set counts in Progress > Muscle Split are larger and easier to read.

- The finish screen's Discard button is solid red, and the remaining square buttons (note editor, finish screen, Welcome back, warmups) now have rounded ends.
- The workout's volume strip no longer says "No Change"; it shows a figure only when the volume moved.
Fixes
- The rest screen's Setup Next pill shows the whole plate list on one line instead of cutting it off.
- Setup Next's plates follow your sets: the logger chip updates as you tick, and the rest screen shows the next set's weight and plates when it comes from your plan or last session.
- Android Back closes the Tempo editor instead of asking to leave your workout.
- Setup Next no longer suggests a weight your previous sets don't show, and % sets use their prescribed load.
- The exercise strip stops at the last exercise, with no blank space and no stray arrow.
- Training Library on the phone shows your plan as a card with your standalone session beneath it, like on desktop.
- Android Back from the Session Stats drawer closes the drawer instead of asking to leave your workout.
- History calendar dates line up on days with and without sessions.

Durata 1.0.2
New
- Set a tempo for each lift from the planner: type the code, and Next Lift moves through a session's lifts without closing the sheet.
- Plans can set a tempo for each lift, including X for explosive reps. The Tempo button plays it, and after a rest the beat starts again if you had it running.
- Build a HIIT block in one go: set Rounds, Work and Rest on a HIIT set, in a workout or in the planner.
- Durata is now on the App Store for iPhone.
- Mark any week of your own plan as a deload: press and hold its week chip on a phone, or use the Deload button on desktop. Lighter numbers that week no longer show as drops.
- A lift you add to a built-in program can follow the program's own progression rule, with its sets, from the picker.
- Your own plans can now progress themselves: Durata suggests a rule for every lift from its sets, and one tap turns them all on, at Start or from the plan's Progression tab.
Improved
- Grip Width in an exercise's setup is now Narrow, Shoulder or Wide instead of a number.
- Cardio records no longer pop up during a workout.
- Settings › Rep Tempo can be set to X (as fast as you can): step past 9 or below 0, or type X.
- The fatigue bar now sits at the bottom as the line between your session totals and the workout buttons.
- Setup Next: Spider Curls and other bench lifts have a bench angle, and dips have a bar height.
- Tap the volume and E1RM strip during a workout to open Session Stats.
- Tapping Done on the keyboard after typing reps logs the set.
- Body weight: a change of 0.1 kg or less reads No Change on every card, Total Change and This Program.
- Remove Marker and Delete Week are solid red, like the other delete buttons.
- The rest timer ring turns red in the last 3 seconds, together with the countdown.
- The set type sheet says "Backoff 10% lighter" and "Dropset 10% lighter" in words.
- Triangles in progression labels now match the text size and sit beside their number.
- Fewer workout tips: the ones that repeated your plan's rule or rarely appeared are gone.
- A change that didn't move now says "No Change", and History cards show the unit and match the session screen.
- Every change now shows the triangle and its number, small moves included.
- Every change and percentage now shows a triangle and the number, with no plus, minus or arrow signs.
- A progression rule that is only on offer now shows amber, and an active rule stays green.
- Cards now have a soft grey fill instead of flat black, with no outlines.
- The full-screen rest timer ring is one solid colour again.
- The first Week Complete card now shows your personal records, or the time you trained, instead of "Baseline".
- The two buttons on the Welcome back card are now the same size and fill the card's width.
- Changes now show one marker everywhere: a triangle and the number, with no extra arrow or plus or minus sign.
- Delete, Remove and Discard buttons are solid red with white text so they are easy to read.
- Plates in the Setup line show in their plate colours, on the workout, the routine editor and the rest screen.
- The dumbbell rack has a Default button, and says when a ladder is too fine to list.
- Wear OS: a HIIT set reads its round ("Round 3 of 10") instead of "HIIT".
- Set number badges now look the same everywhere: the bold disc is used in the workout grid, the set sheet, Rest Times and the planner.
- The set sheet and Rest Times name sets the way the workout does (Warmup 2, Set 1) instead of counting the warm-ups.
- HIIT: records no longer pop up during the session; they are kept for the end.
- More room on phones: wider cards and a less boxed Training screen
- The progression line under each lift is shorter and colour-coded: a green triangle when the weight went up, grey when it stayed the same, a red triangle on a deload.
- GZCLP lifts now say when they've dropped a stage or started a new cycle, and 5/3/1-style lifts show when the training max went up.
- No more pop-up at Finish listing weight changes; the next session's line says what moved.
- On a built-in program, a free account's workout changes save as a new session rather than onto the plan.
- The Pro screen says what customising a built-in program covers.
- The progression picker reads as one sentence, with the increment as steps that follow the equipment and an honest preview of the next session.
- The plan editor shows each lift's progression under its name; a lift with no rule offers one, and one tap applies it.
- Free accounts run built-in programs exactly as written; customising one is part of Pro.
- Program status labels in Review line up from row to row
- Exercises list sits closer to the List / Grid switch, with less empty space on phones
- Small "more" links at the bottom of cards are now proper buttons, and tappable text is larger and easier to read
Fixes
- The weight screen's Current Phase card now counts only weigh-ins since the phase began, so a new cut no longer reads as a gain.
- The workout list no longer jumps when the header rest timer starts or ends, so taps land where you aim.
- The Week Complete screen's headline reads Week 1 - Complete, like its share card.
- The HIIT timer's Warm Up and Cool Down labels no longer overlap.
- The set type sheet reads "Backoff ▼10%" with the triangle beside its number.
- On This Day's up triangles are green.
- The set type sheet writes Warmup the same way everywhere.

- Body weight changes show a triangle from 0.2 kg, coloured by your goal: green towards it, red away from it.
- The Week Complete share card is titled Week 1 - Complete, and moving to the next week no longer pops a Moved to Week toast.
- A session now shows the same time estimate on Home, in its preview and in the planner.
- In the session planner, cardio durations read right as you type and Done closes the keyboard.
- Session previews price a HIIT session by its real durations and rests (about 15 to 20 minutes, not 30).
- The Setup chip now shows the plates for loads like 77.5 kg instead of leaving them out.
- A rest pause set's combined total no longer counts as a set volume record.
- A set that has just set a record no longer shows a "short of your record" line while you rest.
- HIIT: the notification and lock screen count each work interval down and say Warm Up, Round 3 of 10 and Cool Down, with the rounds done.
- The rest timer's Up Next and the lock screen count warm-ups and work sets separately ("Warmup 2/2", then "Set 1/3"), as the logger does.
- During a workout, Setup now shows the set you're on (a warm-up shows the warm-up's load, not a work set's) and says which set it is, for example "Warmup 1 of 2".
- The Session PRs list and screen-reader labels no longer count warm-ups as sets.
- A HIIT workout in History, and a week or month of cardio in In Review, You, All Time, Home and the week recap, now shows total time and rounds instead of 0 kg.
- HIIT: a session's time counts only the rests between rounds, as they ran (the air bike session reads 15:20, not 9 minutes).
- HIIT: the timer names the Warm Up, each Round n of N and the Cool Down (the cool-down read "Set 12" under WORK).
- HIIT: no rest after the warm-up, before the cool-down or after it; each goes straight into the next.
- On the HIIT rest screen the REST label no longer overlaps the next round, and it says "Round 2 of 10" instead of "HIIT Round 2/10" so it never cuts off on narrow phones.
- Discarding a workout in the middle of a cardio interval no longer leaves its timer behind in the next workout.
- Exercise picker: after a search the last results can always be scrolled into view above the keyboard and the bottom bars.
- A plan started by training it, without a scheduled date, is offered when you set nutrition targets, and Play asks for its start date. A started plan no longer shows the pre-start previews, and the If you miss panel shows when your rule backs off.
- Ramped sets no longer count as a progression on a lift's first session, and progression targets round from your bar (custom bars like a 28 kg camber now get loadable weights).
- After the first weight bump on a lift with history, the progression chip shows the rise instead of "Starting at".
- Progression suggestions for dumbbell lifts step by the dumbbells your gym has, not a fixed 1 kg.

Durata 1.0.0
New
- Goals opens on a board: every goal is a target or a habit, a chart projects when you will reach it, and a gold card marks the moment you do. A habit goal remembers every week it hit or missed, an empty panel suggests goals your own training already justifies, and any goal can go on your dashboard as a widget.
- Your body composition goal now lives on the weight goal itself, judged against what you are actually eating, with a warning when your nutrition targets point the other way.
- Nutrition targets: set calorie and macro targets for a block of training and see how what you ate lines up with how you lifted. Dated phases you can pause, a Plan tab where you pin a day's targets or drag one day onto another to swap them, a macro split bar, water in millilitres or fluid ounces, and a one-tap "Fuel this plan?" offer when you start a program or set a goal.
- Cardio is now three tabs with insights of its own: whether you are getting quicker at the same heart rate, how your sessions sit against your lifting week, how this week compares with your own normal, goal lines on the charts, and a Counted button to stop an activity or a single session counting toward your totals.
- Body Metrics is now three tabs: lean mass beside your weight and body fat, the resting heart rate your health app has been sending, whether your lifts held while your weight moved, your weight read against the plan you were running and what you ate, and your progress photos paired with the weight you were at.
- The Gallery opens on your first photo beside your latest, with the time between them and your weight change. Photos group by month with each month's average weight, a drag-through strip flicks you across the whole span, you can tag a photo front, side or back and filter everything by angle, and a photo taken on a day you finished a program or set a record now says so.
- Compare has a Wipe view: drag a divider across both photos in one frame instead of reading them side by side. Pan and zoom either one.
- Your You page tells your training story: the profile card is the story, your share cards have come home to it, every row says something about your training instead of counting what you already logged, and Instant Insights plays from there and ends on your All Time cards.
- Timed holds - planks, dead hangs, wall sits and any Time / hold exercise - now have a START button in the logger that runs the countdown and logs the set, just like cardio.
- Move and zoom a photo inside its share card, with separate framing for story and square. Photo cards flip to light so the wordmark stays readable, their dark shading can be turned off, and a transparent PNG saves from any light card, including nine more of the shelf cards.
- Skip or nudge your rest straight from the workout header: tap the timer pill while resting.
- Double-progression rules you build yourself can now deload after a set number of misses, and the chip says when a deload is coming.
- The Strength Index shows how much it has gained in the last 90 days.
Improved
- The progression chip now says what the bar just did ("+2.5 kg · 5 → 7.5 · auto progression"), and a lift that has already moved this plan week says "moved this week · logged, not judged" instead of promising a change it cannot make.
- The Setup Next sheet draws the equipment before you have logged anything: the bar with its plate positions outlined, a stack with no pin, a cable column with no carriage. It also says what is missing instead of describing itself.
- Colours across the app now follow your chosen accent instead of a fixed mint.
- Body, Cardio and Nutrition tabs use the same segmented control as the Training Hub, with the same tap feedback on device, and their insight cards name their window in the corner the way Progress does.
- Settings › Account now reads like the rest of Settings: every action on its own row, saying what it does. The account row shows "Offline" while you have no connection.
- Records and Strength charts show each lift's picture instead of a coloured dot, tapping an exercise name mid-set opens its How To tab, and PR cards and Records rows open on Charts.
- The rest timer ring drains through colour as your rest runs down, Add Set and Setup sit above the session note, and neither the fullscreen timer nor the next-set tip repeats the chip above it.
- Stat comparisons everywhere read like the ones on Home: a signed figure with its unit, thousands separated, a real minus sign, in your own units. A one-set move off a zero baseline no longer colours like a big one.
- Home: a finished session's tick is green, the month grid marks today with the same red ring as the week view, and Fuel Today leads with what you ate.
- In Review's "Avg Minutes" now averages the sessions you actually timed, and its All Time view has retired: your lifetime numbers and every card you have earned live on the You page.
- Cleaner wording on session detail, In Review, Load & Recovery and the Workload headings, and a tidier fatigue drawer.
- Goal figures on the dashboard, share cards and program screens carry their unit in your own units, show the starting value their progress is measured from, and agree with each other on when a goal lands.
- Web: the PR Board lays out in columns instead of one record per row, the training-plan grid marks today with the same TODAY pill as the phone, and a Library holding one plan opens it in place.
- Guide: the Goals panel, the Gallery overhaul, the Cardio, Nutrition and Body insight tabs, and Home's Today's Fuel and month grid are all documented.
Fixes
- Android: an account updated from an older build no longer sits on "restoring your account" every time the app opens.
- Android: the rest timer rings your chosen sound - bell, horn or whistle - on the alarm stream even on silent, and asks once to allow Alarms & reminders so it lands on time.
- Signing in on a fresh install or after switching accounts no longer wipes your synced settings, nutrition targets or dashboard layout.
- Starting the app offline no longer shows the sign-in screen when you are already signed in; it opens on your local data and syncs when you are back online.
- New accounts open on Home, with your first session ready to start, instead of the workout logger.
- Cardio activities such as Air Bike, Treadmill and Running no longer show a weight stack or dip belt on their setup sheet.
- Chin-ups, pull-ups, dips and their weighted versions are bodyweight exercises in the setup sheet, Stomach Vacuum is in the library, and the Triceps Dip and EZ Bar Curl demo clips are corrected.
- The setup sheet says "Lighter than the bar" instead of "Bar only" when the weight is under the bar, and the EZ bar curl and trap bar deadlift load their own bar by default.
- The PREV column lines up with today's sets when your last session used a different set type, such as a top set.
- A set no longer logs without reps, and a lift held because the session was short says "held - 2 of 3 sets" instead of "on track".
- Swapping an exercise from Plan Overview keeps you on the day you were reading instead of jumping back to day 1 of week 1.
- The PR Board keeps its back arrow after you open one of its records, and record cards line up across a row again.
- Your lifetime stats read the same on every screen, imported sessions included, and a session left running overnight no longer skews your averages.
- Progress: the Session Volume chart skips cardio-only sessions instead of plotting them at 0 kg, the week-on-week chart drops its empty Cardio row, the muscle names under Weekly Sets are readable, and the Weekly Volume header no longer hides its trend behind the range buttons.
- In Review: Top Lifts no longer lists cardio machines, and the Fuel card no longer reports days that are not missing.
- Sleep and water on Body and Home count the same last seven days, so their averages agree.
- The day card shows the real time your health sync ran, not "01:00".
- Web: buttons in a sheet no longer miss when you have just typed in a field, and the set numbers in a session preview line up with the exercise name above them.
- Tapping a button that opens a second sheet - Start Program on a programme, for one - no longer does nothing when you tap it quickly.
- The Gallery's "First photo N days ago" no longer counts an extra day from the evening onwards.
- Settings sub-screens such as Account no longer drop you back to the menu when opened right after launch or while the app syncs in the background.
Durata 1.0.0
New
- You can now leave a workout without ending it - "Go to Dashboard" in the workout menu keeps your session running and the LIVE banner brings you straight back (the only exit on iPhone)
- Cable lifts now record the pulley height as well as the pin, drawn as a numbered column beside the stack - and if your gym numbers its column from the top, one row says so
- The full-screen rest timer now has an X that puts it back down to the header bar or the mini timer it came from, and a button in the workout header brings it back up
- Android: Durata for Wear OS - log sets, rate effort and run the rest timer from your watch
- Android: live heart rate from your watch on the rest timer, with the training zone during cardio work
Improved
- Weighted dips and pull-ups now show a NO BW marker in the logger when there is no weigh-in from the last 30 days to count, and the exercise detail's bodyweight note describes the set it sits under
- Guide: the rest timer and Set Up Next pages now cover putting the countdown away and bringing it back, and the new cable pulley column
- Android: the phone now replays everything the watch logged while the app was closed, and sends the watch the same rest, next-set and cardio details it shows itself
Fixes
- A setting saved on an exercise no longer sticks as a pending sync the server keeps refusing
- Android: no more "Watch offline" messages when the phone loses signal, and the Watch settings screen drops a heart-rate switch that did nothing
- Changing a workout's time no longer drops body weight out of its volume when you weighed in the same day
- Logging a weigh-in now updates your bodyweight volume records straight away, instead of waiting until your next workout
Durata 1.0.0
Improved
- The plan editor drops the volume strip under the grid - the plan header and the Volume tab already say it, and better.
- The planner's day tiles spell out the exercise count and give it its own line on a desktop, and the "press and hold to move a session" tip retires once you have moved one.
- The planner on a phone now reads as a week: each day is a header with its sessions beneath it, and a run of rest days shares one line
- Planner sessions now show the exercise count and how long the session takes, and the drag handle is gone — press and hold anywhere on a session to move it
- Set Type drawer now says Rest Pause covers rest-pause, myo-reps and cluster sets
Fixes
- Web: the TODAY marker on a phone's planner no longer clips the day name
- A running-distance goal counts distance you logged as cardio inside a workout, not just sessions synced from your health app
- A cardio timer keeps counting the time you trained while the app is in the background, so a ride no longer logs short
- A cardio session logged in a workout counts once, shows the minutes you actually trained instead of the clock time, and its distance and duration can be corrected in Edit Workout
- A cardio time you type is logged as the time shown — typing 20:00 used to log 2m 0s. Sessions already logged now read correctly too.
- Stopping a timed cardio set early now logs the time you actually did instead of discarding it and leaving the planned duration in the cell; Cancel is now its own button.
- Health Connect and Apple Health now sync every time you open the app instead of once a day, and re-read the last couple of days, so a weight or meal your device uploaded late arrives without a manual sync.
- A lift's very first session no longer shows a PR when a later set beats an earlier one; the live badge, In Review and the program report now agree with the Complete screen and History
- Program progress now counts only the sessions that have fallen due, shows the fraction beside the percent and a This Week count, and the run report header shows the planned end date
- Android: coming back to the app after a rest has ended opens straight onto your sets instead of a 00:00 timer screen
- Android: coming back to the app after the rest-complete notification no longer rings the rest bell and buzzes a second time
- Long programs: the week-by-week chart no longer writes its percentages over each other
- Removing a plan from your history now updates the screen immediately instead of when you next open it
- Android and iOS: the bottom navigation bar no longer redraws above the keyboard and covers what you are typing.
- Settings: the Rep Tempo test button now plays the tempo you are editing, and the beat stops when you leave the screen
Durata 1.0.0
Improved
- Finished programs now stay in your Training library as a Completed card with a Start Again button, instead of disappearing into History.
- Web: clearer wording on the site about where to get the app and what Pro costs
- Web: the site links to the live Google Play listing instead of the closed beta, and no longer says Pro is free
- Web: the privacy policy now names the data controller and a postal address.

- A sync that cannot upload now names the record it stopped on and what the server said, instead of blaming the wrong thing
- Signing out no longer signs you out on your other devices, and a sync that is stuck now says why instead of only how many
- The step average and program adherence charts could miss a day around daylight saving changes, and lose a whole week's worth in some regions.
- Cardio days sometimes lost their "Cardio" label, and two progression repairs could skip a routine without saying so.
- A workout reminder is no longer skipped on the weekend the clocks go back
- Android: tapping back several times quickly on a slow screen no longer closes the app.
- Plan dates show in the app's own date format on every device, and the plan rail's scroll fade keeps working after previewing a pattern or dragging a session
- A plan scheduled to start later no longer shows its Home cards or Log sessions early, a plan that started mid-week lists every upcoming session in Log, saving a program you have already finished keeps the finished run visible, and Back from an exercise page always returns where you left.
- A subscription bought after a comp or beta grant was revoked now unlocks Pro
- Start Again keeps your edits when you changed a plan, and picks up the latest catalog version when you did not
- Plan screen: the session preview's set columns now line up the same way in the side rail and the full-size preview
- Plan screen: no scrollbar down the session rail, set columns line up across exercises, and the Volume headings sit on one line
- The plan screen's side panel now lists what is in the selected session, stays pinned while you scroll a long block, and no longer has the volume heatmap printing over it.
- The Weight help now says back-off and drop percentages are the amount taken off the previous set, not the percentage kept
- Scrolling the weeks on a multi-week plan no longer jumps you to the Discover tab.
- A plan scheduled to start on a later date no longer shows its sessions, reminders or week number before that date arrives.
Durata 1.0.0
Fixes
- Confirming a set deletion now takes one tap - the prompt used to ignore the first one if you had revealed the row before swiping it away
Durata 1.0.0
Fixes
- Android: the close button on an exercise video no longer sits under the status bar
- Android: back closes the Pro upsell, instead of doing nothing until the app exits
- Android: naming a new session no longer draws Cancel and Create over the system navigation bar
Durata 1.0.0
Improved
- Web: the Pro lock screen now unlocks itself as soon as your purchase lands, and gained a Check Again button for when a check fails.
Fixes
- The rest timer's digits are now all one size sitting on one line, instead of some riding high and others dropping below
- Web: a paying account no longer gets locked out of the web app when an entitlement check fails, which was happening on tabs left open in the background.
- Unilateral sets now count both sides. A routine's rep target is read as per side, so ticking a single-leg set logs its full volume instead of half.
- Naming a new session leaves room for the name - the buttons no longer fill the screen above the keyboard
- Import a Session opens the camera straight from Take a Photo, instead of asking which source twice
- Android: the upsell screen no longer draws under the status or navigation bars, so Maybe Later can be tapped
- The big rest-timer countdown no longer runs its digits together
Durata 1.0.0
Improved
- Pro features now need a Pro subscription. If you were part of the beta you keep everything, permanently, at no cost.
- The user guide reads in plain English throughout, with the jargon and filler stripped out of all thirty-one topics.
- Guide: the training and nutrition basics articles are rewritten in plain English
- Guide: the import and plan pages describe the buttons you actually tap, instead of calling them doors
Fixes
- iOS/Android: the Upgrade button on the Pro screen did nothing if you were not signed in
Durata 0.9.0
Fixes
- A swipe to delete that starts on a weight or reps box now snaps open or springs back when you lift your finger, instead of parking halfway.
Durata 0.9.0
New
- Instant Insights is open to everyone, from Progress > Workload. Your whole logbook one card at a time, whether you have ever imported anything or not, and each play opens on what has changed since you last watched
- Instant Insights moves: numbers count up, bars and your month strip fill in, and the trend line draws itself as each screen arrives. Reduce Motion turns it all off
- Every program in the app now has a full walkthrough in the guide — 49 of 50, each one driven through a real block of training. Only the bodyweight routine is still to come
- Search the walkthroughs by program, goal or days a week
- Web: the home page now shows what Durata Pro includes and what it costs, next to what stays free
Improved
- One front door for bringing your history in. A CSV file and the Hevy API sit side by side, each saying what it needs, and Hevy setup now happens inside the import flow instead of sending you to Settings
- Settings > Data & Export > Import opens that same chooser, so the Hevy route is there too, not only on a brand new home screen
- An import ends on one screen, not two. Instant Insights opens on what just landed and finishes with what the import made possible: rebuild your sessions, group them into a weekly plan, or pull your routines across
- Importing onto a new account adopts the weight and distance units your log was kept in, so your numbers arrive exactly as you logged them
- Grouping imported sessions into a plan moves them in and starts it, instead of leaving a duplicate of each one behind in your Library
- The sessions you just rebuilt from an import head the plan builder's picker instead of sitting under older routines
- Import a Session reads one workout from a photo, a PDF page or pasted text and saves it as a standalone session. If the page holds more than one, it takes the first and tells you so
- Four labelled ways into an import, and a PDF asks which page to read, opens on the workout itself and shows a landscape page landscape
- Name an imported session on the review sheet, and saving it opens it
- 40 more exercises have a demo video — 376 of 415 built-in lifts
- An exercise with no demo now shows a dumbbell, or a cardio trace, everywhere it appears — grid, list and the strip along the top of a workout
- PRO appears only on an account that has it, and looks the same everywhere in the app
- The Training list says "Standalone Sessions", so it is clear which sessions are not in a plan
- Settings no longer opens with a banner telling Pro subscribers they have Pro
- Durata now says what changed when it asks you to accept updated Terms
- Clearer wording on the first-session card a new account opens on, in the insights reel, and on the streak guide, which now reads in two lines on a small phone
- Web: every program and exercise page links the walkthrough of that program running in the app
- Web: the exercise library's most-programmed ranking is a real bar chart, with an axis and an honest scale
Fixes
- Signing in on a new account now lands on your dashboard instead of the Settings screen
- Deleting your account now clears everything on the device, so a new account no longer starts with the old one's goals
- A body weight or body fat goal no longer says it is already reached before you have logged a measurement
- Reset Workout Data now clears sleep records and plan run markers from your calendar, and returns a running plan to un-started
- A setting changed moments before a sync is no longer reverted by it, and the "Before You Train" sheet stops reappearing after you have accepted it
- Instant Insights opens after any import that adds workouts, including files in Durata's own export format, and no longer interrupts you part-way through building a plan
- After a Hevy import the closing screen shows its confirmation line instead of raw markup, and Start on each plan is a proper button
- Choosing Hevy when importing your history now opens straight onto the Hevy card, not the top of Integrations
- The lift race in Instant Insights showed a stray code and cut off longer exercise names
- Opening an exercise and going back returns you to your place in the list, with your search and filter intact
- Import a Session no longer asks you to sign in when you already are, shows how many imports you have left before you start, and a read that hits trouble now keeps everything it did get
- The Repeats switch when you create a plan now shows whether it is on
- The screen shown after starting a plan you built yourself no longer calls it a program
- The Compare Exercises row's icon was almost invisible on a dark screen
- Candito 6 Week Strength's week-6 max test no longer prescribes the max you started with — it is an open single you work up on
- Web: Instant Insights fills a wide browser window instead of leaving an empty column, and its charts redraw when you resize
- Web: program and exercise pages no longer promise training maxes or automatic weights on programs and lifts that have neither
- Web: the Terms and Privacy Policy describe what the app actually does, the Privacy Policy no longer shows placeholder text, and the account-deletion page agrees with it
- Web: the Exercises tab in Training lines up with Library and Discover instead of sitting inset from the page edge
Durata 0.9.0
New
- Train at more than one gym. Add a second gym and swap between them from the chip on any workout: plate maths, machine setups, warm-ups and the bar a lift uses all follow you. Suggested weights round to what that gym can actually build, a session offers the swaps you made there last time and flags lifts the gym probably cannot do, and History knows where every session happened
- A lift can set a record at one gym without claiming a lifetime best, and charts and Compare can be narrowed to a single gym
- Import a workout from a photo, a PDF page or pasted text. Point the camera at a whiteboard, a printout or a page of a book and Durata builds the session — percentages, rep ranges, RPE and RIR all survive the read
- Switching kg to lbs (or back) now offers to convert your logged weights, routines, training maxes and goals, or to keep the numbers as they are, with a pre-switch backup under Data & Export
- Bright Mode, under Settings > Display: higher contrast for reading your workout in bright gym lighting or outdoors
- Swipe a set row left to delete it, in the logger, the session editor and the warm-up calculator
- The exercise picker can show a card grid with exercise photos, and remembers whichever view you used last
- Create a custom exercise without leaving your workout, and add or edit notes on a past session
- Session pages open on the photo you took at the end of that workout, and show Notables: your toughest set, longest rest, first-time lifts, and what the heaviest set was worth against your body weight
- All Time in Review now builds its own share cards: your full span, lifetime iron, top lifts first to last, and everywhere the sets went
- Light share cards can be exported as a transparent PNG
- Durata Pro is now defined: imports from a photo or document, progression on your own plans, the web app on a desktop, unlimited sessions, Setup Next with a second gym, verdict analytics and photo time-lapse. Everything stays unlocked for the beta
- Web: every exercise in the app now has its own page, showing how each program prescribes it
- Web: 43 new program journey walkthroughs, taking the guide from 6 to 49 — real start-to-finish training logs including 5/3/1 Boring But Big and Triumvirate, Texas Method, Madcow 5x5, PHUL, nSuns LP, Metallicadpa PPL, GZCL Jacked & Tan 2.0 and UHF 5-Week, Juggernaut Method 2.0, Bullmastiff, German Volume Training, Dorian Yates HIT, Vince Gironda 8x8, Candito 6 Week Strength, Phrak's Greyskull LP, Wolverine and Strong Curves
- Web: the home page now shows the analytics for real, the muscle heatmap and the strength story captured from the app, and sells the web app, the Hevy/Strong import and the post-import insights reel
- Guide: a page on importing a plan from a photo, a PDF or pasted text, and a topic covering training at more than one gym end to end
Improved
- Every logged session now opens with a plain-English summary of how it went, and shares with that same line. Session pages read in one order, use the same stat cards and headings as your monthly review, and stop printing the same numbers twice
- Session Fatigue is now "How It Went": a bar per set you can shade by RPE, load or rest, showing how load, effort and rest moved across the session and how many signals the reading actually used
- Every lift in a session appears once, with its record and its change since last time in one place, and History cards carry the plan, any records set, and how the session compared with your last one of the same name
- A workout in History has more room for its date and badges: share moved into the menu, and stepping to the session either side now names where it goes
- The strength story readout shows est. 1RM, top set and volume, and says what the session achieved instead of what did not run
- Chart tooltips size to their text, show the full date and the change since the previous session
- Building a custom exercise is now a tap-through form that checks your name is free and will not save a half-finished exercise
- Filter the exercise picker down to just your favourites, from the same Filter button used for muscle groups. The two pickers share one body-part filter and one "Recently Used" cap, and the desktop Exercises tab now matches the phone layout
- You can add the same exercise more than once in a session: the picker marks lifts already in the workout as In Workout instead of refusing them
- The exercise options menu is a plain text list everywhere in the app, and the exercise info screen shows saved kit and bench angle through the menu's Setup item rather than a chip strip
- Describe your dumbbell rack in three numbers, from, to and step, then tap off the sizes you do not have. The kit-level choices on Add a Gym read Full / Basic / Home / Hotel and line up in an even grid
- Each gym's note now shows in the gym switcher, and the Gyms dashboard card shows volume moved and a run marker per gym, not just a session count
- Discover is one ranked list, beginner programs first, then the ones asking fewest days a week, and the Training search bar sits in the same place on every tab
- The plan screen marks today, opens on today's session, lines up the week grid's day tiles, and moves plan facts into a side rail on About
- Instant Insights now runs after any import that brings new workouts in, rebuilt as eight screens of your own history: records, muscle map, training rhythm, and what changed since last time
- The import row on Training > + is now "Import a Session", Browse Discover sits at the bottom of that sheet, and import opens the same Pro sheet as every other locked feature
- An imported workout comes in as a standalone session, and a row you fixed by hand no longer shows the green "read from the source" dot
- Your account, body details and units now sit together at the top of Settings, with units on the main screen where you can find them, your name edited under About You, and the You screen's rows matching Settings exactly
- History calls plan-free sessions "Standalone", the same word as the rest of the app, and the guide says "outside a program" instead of "freestyle"
- The Pro screen leads with what Pro actually adds, in the order it converts, at the decided prices, and no longer lists features that are free
- 24 more exercises have a how-to video and preview image, and the video preview is no longer tiny on tablet and desktop
- Web: the landing page shows the why sheet, build-your-own progression rules, the full logger toolset and the review/goals/body pillar, with the desktop planner as a four-tab carousel over a real full week and the insights reel playing as a carousel
- Web: home-page program, exercise and video counts come straight from the app, so they can never go stale
- Guide: the session fatigue bar, the picker's List/Grid switch, Replace, the rebuilt session page, plan import and per-gym bars are all documented in plain English
Fixes
- Pounds lifters now see pounds in goals and Workout Defaults, keep their 5 lb plate step, get the program's published training-max bump on 5/3/1, nSuns, Texas Method and Juggernaut instead of the kilogram figure, and are asked before a unit switch re-labels their history
- Body weight now counts toward volume everywhere it should: exercise charts, the volume trend, your plan's total and PR captions, not just the records
- Logged volume for single-dumbbell exercises (goblet squat, pullover, sumo squat, frog pumps) is no longer doubled as if two dumbbells were used
- Session volume no longer counts warm-up sets unless you turned that setting on, and Session Stats honours the same setting
- A comma now works as the decimal point when you log a weight, assisted pull-ups and dips say how much assistance to enter, the effort rating stays tappable after you tick a set, and the fatigue drawer explains what each signal measures
- Editing a past workout no longer jumps you back to the top after every change
- Adding an exercise mid-workout: the session totals bar no longer covers the bottom of the search results after the keyboard closes
- Swiping a set row right no longer flashes the red Delete panel, and dragging to select text in a weight or reps field no longer swipes the row on desktop
- Switching the picker between List and Grid keeps your place, the favourite star is readable over an exercise photo, and selected tiles and grid tags are easier to read against photos
- Swapping a lift that a program rule was written for now asks whether to carry the rule over or start the slot plain, instead of silently applying the old lift's ladder
- Previewing a program session from Log a Workout or its session card shows the weights you will lift, matching the dashboard preview
- Week streaks survive daylight-saving changes
- Sharing a workout from History shows exercise names instead of internal IDs, the muscle-map card no longer lets a huge volume figure run off the edge, and the receipt card's set count no longer crowds the weight and reps
- Multi-gym: program progression no longer absorbs a coarse gym's plate rounding, a cancelled gym-fit sheet no longer wedges the start button, and repeating a past workout runs the same gym fit check as a planned session
- Import from a photo or document reads lb plans correctly, never obeys instructions hidden in the source, no longer reports a plan it understood as unreadable, and retries a slow moment instead of failing
- A Hevy API key that fails Test Connection is no longer saved to your account, and a rejected key can no longer replace one that works
- Settings: the back button closes an open picker instead of the settings screen behind it
- The Training header no longer keeps the Exercises tab's buttons after a fast tab switch, and the standalone Exercises panel no longer stays stuck on web and iPad
- Session cards no longer show a kg/hr figure, and read "1 set" instead of "1 SETS". Up Next's empty state says "View your plans", matching the Library it opens
- The setup chip on an exercise with nothing saved reads "Setup", matching the Setup Next feature name, and the "Save Changes" button on a workout edit reads as a proper primary action
- Goblet Squat's instructions describe the dumbbell version, not a cable machine
- iOS: rest-timer alerts recover after another app's audio interrupts mid-rest, and a finished rest can no longer end silent with no notification
- Web: exercise pages no longer say the app picks your weight for planks, runs and bodyweight lifts, the muscle diagram no longer comes up blank in Safari, and the demo clip no longer autoplays if you asked your device for reduced motion or are saving data
- Web: sharing getdurata.app shows the current link-preview image instead of a stale cached one, and "Get it on your phone" opens the store dialog instead of jumping straight to Google Play
- Guide: 5/3/1 Boring But Big and Triumvirate now describe Good Morning's progression as double progression, not linear, and the 60-Day Cut, 90-Day Cut and Physique Peak journeys end with a cardio payoff instead of a lift-weight comparison
Durata 0.9.0
Improved
- Home's Week Plan now covers every running program, with buttons to switch between them
- Web: the user guide is rewritten to match the app after the Home, Training and Progress redesign, with out-of-date screenshots, labels and descriptions corrected
Fixes
- The Instant Insights cards no longer zoom when you pinch or double-tap them
- Android: Importing photos twice no longer duplicates ones with no date of their own
- Program progression charts no longer flatline on backoff weeks or blank out lifts without a training max
- Compact Lift Status rows no longer abbreviate a lift as "LP("
- Dashboard widgets now cover every active plan instead of just the first
- A workout logged off-plan is no longer filed under whichever plan happened to be running that week
- History shows a report card for every active plan, and each session now names the plan and week it came from
- iOS: the Review tab's share cards can be swiped again
- Android: get your photos back after a reinstall by picking them from your device, with no photo-library permission needed
Durata 0.9.0
Fixes
- iOS: the rest timer sounds when the app is in the background or the screen is locked, other apps duck properly, and the session-complete celebration plays again
- iOS: share cards, chip rows and every other side-scrolling strip can be swiped again instead of only responding to taps
- iOS: starting a program from Discover no longer leaves a blank screen, and "No sessions yet" no longer appears under a program you already have
- iPad: even spacing in the bottom bar, a Finish button outline that frames the word, and Library buttons that line up between side-by-side cards
- Restoring your account after signing in is much faster, and no longer gets stuck on the loading screen when the connection drops mid-restore
Durata 0.9.0
New
- The app is now five places: Home, Log Workout, Training, Progress and You. The More drawer is gone
- Home is a widget board you build yourself: drag, resize and add widgets right on the board, from a gallery grouped into Training, Progress and You
- Ten new Home widgets: lift status with progression verdicts, program progress, week streak, milestone countdown, month calendar, a private photo pair, a Week Plan showing your whole block, and One Lift widgets that put any exercise's e1RM, top set or volume on the board
- Four new Home widgets for food and water: Water with quick-add buttons, Fuel vs Training, Protein per kg, and a larger Nutrition tile that charts 30 days with your weight over it
- An occasional "On This Day" card looks back at a lift you did a year (or 3, 6 or 24 months) ago and shows how far it has come. Shareable, and only on days genuinely worth it
- Progress is one screen with four tabs: Review, History, Strength and Workload
- Training is one list. Your plans and standalone sessions sit together, and Exercises is a tab inside it
- Plans you build get a full plan screen: the week grid is editable in place, sessions drag between days, weeks copy onto others, and you can undo the last change
- Drag plan cards to arrange your library the way you want, using the same hold-and-drag as session cards
- Set a progression rule once and apply it to every lift in a plan, or copy a rule you already set
- A plan now shows the weight each lift moves to after a good session, and what a missed one costs
- Set Up Next: one sheet for the bench angle, the pin, the plates and your kit, reachable from a planned session, the logger and the rest timer. It handles plate-loaded machines that load one side instead of two, single-arm dumbbells, and a Smith carriage with its own weight in Settings
- The rest timer now tells you what to put on the bar when the next set's weight changes, and shows the occasional fact about the set you just finished: how long the record you beat had stood, the first time you load a plate a side, a lift's anniversary
- Rest timers can have their own default for each kind of set: warm-ups, drop sets, top sets and the rest
- Auto-Advance now has four modes, Off, Supersets, Last Set or Both, so the logger can move you on once an exercise is done, not just around a superset
- Expanding the estimated 1RM chart opens a Strength story: the weight on the bar under the e1RM line, each session coloured by what your program decided, records marked, your program eras as a rail under the axis, and a drag to read any session and why the weight moved
- Tap the expand icon on any chart to open it full screen, with more of your history than fits in the card. Turn the phone sideways for a wider view
- Discover groups programs into sections, with sorting by days per week, session length or cycle length, and a filter for the equipment you have
- Discover now shows where your lifts would start on a program, a 12-week projection of where they could go, and how its volume compares to your last month. Point at any week to read what each lift would be
- The Finish button now fills with a progress ring as you tick off sets, so you can see how far through the workout you are at a glance
- Add a profile picture to the You screen, frame it yourself with drag and zoom, and it syncs to your account
- Your first day now opens on a board that shows what one session unlocks, with a single clear place to start
- Web: wide screens get a rail and a detail pane instead of a stretched phone layout. Click any session in a plan and the right-hand column shows what is in it, what you lift this week and what changes next
- Web: the Progression tab shows the block week by week, and exactly what a missed session costs
- Guide: three new topics, Set Up Next, customising the Home widget board, and reading a lift's Strength story
Improved
- One word per thing: program, plan, session and run each mean exactly one thing everywhere, and one New menu opens from everywhere in Training
- A program now opens as four tabs, Plan, Volume, Progression and About, instead of one long scroll, and leads with its key facts: days a week, length, session time, split, equipment and progression
- The Volume tab shows one week at a time with a week picker, marks the deload week, shows hard sets per muscle beside a body map of where the week lands, offers to fill the gaps, and can compare the week you are viewing against any other week of the block
- The About tab of a plan is now a spec sheet you can read at a glance, instead of a list of every session
- Editing a plan happens on the plan's own screen, beside the week you are changing, instead of in a small pop-up window. The Weekly Planner is part of that screen now, so the week grid, the inspector and Copy Week are in one place
- Planning a new week: pick a training pattern in one tap, preview the whole block before you commit, scope a pattern to a single week, and rest days read as gaps instead of empty rows
- Press and hold a session anywhere on its card to move it to another day. Sessions with no day sit in a tray under the plan grid, and dragging one shows what the move does to the week before you let go
- Sessions look the same everywhere: the planner, your plan's week and My Training now share one card, and a session's colour is its main muscle rather than whatever happens to be first
- Plans you build get their own generated cover art, changeable from the plan menu
- Plan menus now say Edit Plan, and flag a plan that has no days set yet
- Finishing a program week now shows the week's sessions, volume moved and next week's training days with dates, and the week closes even when you trained a session a day late
- Progression bars are labelled with the week or session they belong to, the numbers under the progression chart are readable, and the "block at a glance" chart now draws for plans built on one repeating week
- Your program's charts can now show what the app decided each session, not just where you ended up
- The twelve-week projection spreads its three lines across different muscles, so an upper/lower plan no longer charts three leg lifts and never your bench, and it draws itself in rather than appearing all at once
- Nutrition and Cardio charts open full screen and show your average, your seven-day running average and your fastest run. Water now mirrors your health app instead of asking you to log it twice
- Share cards: the Muscle Map card paints your session onto a real heat body, light cards get a warm paper look, the Ink card opens dark like the rest, and every card's lines and layouts are sharper
- Exercise info: Equipment, Angle and Global Note are one Setup screen now, reachable from the saved-setup chips as well as the menu
- Adding exercises back to back no longer means clearing the search box: tap one and your query comes back selected, so the next name simply overtypes it
- Rest by Set Type now applies to routines built before it existed, session previews show the rest the timer will actually use, and long exercise names show in full on the rest timer instead of being cut short
- The fullscreen rest timer's countdown ring is full size, so the numbers sit inside the circle instead of overflowing it
- The Setup Next sheet is quieter, its rack row reads "J-hook" rather than "J-hook height", and the rest-screen pill is called Setup Next to match the chip everywhere else
- Muted text and chart labels now meet WCAG AA contrast
- Home board polish: the button is just "Customize", tapping a widget you just added takes it back off, the Month Calendar marks trained days with a green disc and PR days with an amber ring and fits a medium slot, and the Photo Pair shows your progress photos with no tap to reveal
- The PR Board now tells a first log apart from a broken record, instead of calling both a PR
- Program cards show what equipment you need, line their buttons up whether or not a plan shows a progress bar, and cut the description at a sentence instead of mid-word. Program pills look the same in your Library as they do in Discover
- The Progress tab covering volume, frequency and recovery is now called Workload, the muscle frequency grid fills wide screens, and "Run Report" is now "Report Card"
- The first screen is called Home everywhere now, and the desktop sidebar shows the same house icon the phone does
- The You screen drops the logo footer, and tapping your name jumps straight to profile settings
- The finish screen now loads a real barbell, and says the weight you moved once, in full, instead of twice in shorthand
- The push/pull/legs split now reads as three labelled rows, matching the balance chart elsewhere in the app
- Plate Calculator: the Add Bar weight box keeps its kg/lbs label visible while you type
- Android: the back chip is back on the plan, exercise and workout screens, program tabs stay where you put them, and "this week" now follows your accent colour
- Web: desktop gets the whole window. Programs, plans, session previews and the Home board all reflow instead of drawing a phone column, and the desktop session screen is a run sheet with a summary rail of set-type badges, muscle coverage and what the plan changes next
- Web: share-card shelves fill the screen width, scroll with the mouse wheel, show dots on touch, and the edge arrows are easier to see
- Web: every "get the app" link now opens a dialog with the Google Play and TestFlight links from any page and explains that both betas are free, desktop visitors are offered the web app rather than two phone-only buttons, and the landing page uses the official Google Play badge
- Web: the user guide is rewritten for the new Progress and Training tabs with every screenshot recaptured, and now covers the plan screen, the widget board, the rest-timer facts, Setup Next and all four Auto-Advance modes
Fixes
- The app now recovers on its own when part of it fails to download, instead of hanging on a black screen
- A lift that breaks more than one record in a session now shows every one of them, and a volume record is your best single set rather than the session total, so extra sets at the same weight no longer count as a PR
- The Last Workout card now spots e1RM and volume records, not just top-weight ones
- Your recovery score and training load now compare the last 7 days against a real 4-week baseline, and stay blank until there is one to compare with
- Program volume charts showed a whole cycle's sets under a per-week heading, so multi-week programs read several times higher than they train
- Deload weeks were never marked anywhere in the app: week pips, progression charts and the plan table all missed them
- A program scheduled to start later no longer announces "Week 1 complete" after a single early session
- A lift that progresses differently on different days now shows one rule per session, and setting it no longer overwrites the other day
- Programs using a rep range now say "Double progression" in the why-sheet instead of "Linear progression", and a deload two sessions away names the weight you'd drop to
- Plans you build yourself now have a Progression tab, so you can set rules on your own lifts. Assigning a rule no longer hides the lifts you have not set yet, and the dead "Set Your Week" button is gone
- Drop sets and to-failure sets imported from a Hevy or Strong CSV now keep their real set type instead of arriving as plain sets, so weekly set counts are right
- Re-importing from Hevy merges into what you already have instead of duplicating it
- Signing in after a reinstall no longer risks a permanently empty Home: a sync that fetched nothing is no longer recorded as if it succeeded, and a reinstall on a signed-in account shows the restoring screen and waits for your history
- Reinstalling the app no longer switches auto-advance back on for accounts that had turned it off
- The app recovers on its own when part of it fails to download, instead of hanging on a black screen
- Editing a session from a plan now returns you to that plan and week, instead of dropping you back on the Library
- Leaving a screen while the exercise picker is open no longer lets your next picks change the plan or routine you were editing
- Leaving the Exercises tab no longer leaves Training drawn on top of Home or Progress
- Scrolling the week planner can no longer accidentally pick up and move a session
- Adding or deleting a week updates the plan header straight away instead of at the next refresh
- Adding several exercises to a session at once now leaves you on the first one you added instead of the last, so you can work forward through the batch
- Create Plan and the goal sheet now scroll to the field that needs filling in instead of failing silently off screen
- Starter sessions no longer appear once you have a library of your own, and they sit below your sessions rather than above them
- Past Runs holds only runs that actually ended
- An empty session no longer shows an estimated time, and says what to do next
- Buttons on the plan screen are easier to hit on a phone, the summary grid no longer leaves an empty box, and a plan card no longer shows its name twice or offers the same overview under two buttons
- Program cover art now fills the whole card, and no longer towers over it on a wide screen
- The Exercises list now fills the screen and scrolls under the nav bar instead of stopping short of it
- Settings scrolls normally again after you open a settings screen and leave it with a tab on the bottom bar
- Switching tabs in a program's preview no longer makes the sheet jump up the screen under your cursor
- The PR record card no longer opens off the edge of the screen, and long exercise names fit the in-workout PR banner on small phones
- Confetti from a personal record no longer rains over the Session Complete screen on slower phones
- Charts that are meant to carry a colour finally do: exercise trends take their muscle colour, body fat is amber, lean mass teal, heart rate red, and the recovery trend is coloured by the score it plots. Home widgets follow your chosen accent colour instead of a fixed teal
- The Setup sheet draws the bench at the angle you set, declines included, no longer tells you to move a pin on a leg press, and its demo clip now plays right there, muted and on a loop, showing the whole movement instead of a cropped band
- The bench angle minus button now responds across its whole tap target, not just its left edge
- The Setup chip on a logger card now spells rack settings the way the Setup sheet does, so "J-hook 7" reads the same on both
- Single-arm dumbbell lifts show one bell and the right weight on the Set Up screen
- The rest screen's next-set load line no longer disappears depending on when you tap, the plate line no longer hides itself when the set also carries a coaching hint, and the timer sizes a long exercise name to fit its actual width
- Warm-up Profiles: the editor now shows the ramp as soon as you open it, and each set is marked with the same warm-up badge the logger uses
- Warm-up sets built by the calculator now use the rest time you set for warm-ups instead of a fixed 60 seconds
- Share cards: long exercise and workout names no longer truncate, and any past session's records can be shared straight from its Personal Records list
- Unnamed goals no longer all read the same in the Add Widget list, and in-app hints name the right screens
- Profile photo display hardened against malformed synced data
- iOS: rest timer alerts no longer leave other apps quiet, and the alert that arrives while the app is in your pocket has a sound again
- Web: the Google Play link now goes to the beta opt-in page instead of a "not found" store listing, and "Get the app" scrolls to the download links instead of landing behind the header
- Web: saved plans in your Library show what equipment they need, instead of failing to draw
- Web: the current-week highlight on a plan no longer overlaps that week's Copy and delete buttons, and the week column no longer overlaps Monday's session once a plan has two weeks
- Web: closing the full-screen rest timer no longer flashes a small timer in the corner
- Web: a program you have not started shows its progression rules directly, instead of behind a fold
- Web: the muscle map on the Volume tab no longer swells to fill a wide screen, the session run sheet's row dividers line up across the whole row, and the first-day headline no longer breaks with one word stranded on its own line
- Web: dashboard polish, the widget gallery and lift picker gained Done buttons, the board editor bar no longer covers the side nav, and body-goal widgets now read correctly for weight-loss goals
- Web: share cards on Review fill the screen width instead of stranding one card in the middle, and phones now show dots indicating you can swipe between them
Durata 0.9.0
Fixes
- iOS: after you finish a workout, every screen scrolls normally again - dragging down the middle of the screen was selecting text instead of scrolling, and only the left and right edges worked
- Android: Settings scrolls properly again after you open Integrations and come back - it was jumping a short way down and snapping straight back instead of scrolling
Durata 0.9.0
New
- When you tick off the last warm-up set, the whole ramp folds into a single tappable chip that shows how many sets you did and the weights you ran - tap it to bring the rows back, edit them, or add another warm-up set

- Web: the Switching-from-Hevy guide covers the Paste button and the masked key
Fixes
- The program commitment sheet's "Start Training" button did nothing at all - the sheet now closes on a single Close button
- iOS: your Hevy API key can actually be entered now - tap Paste instead of typing, so the on-screen keyboard can no longer cover the field

Fixes
- iPad: the finish-screen celebration sounds now play, and no longer stutter

Improved

- History's Hevy badge now flags workouts edited after a sync, so you can tell at a glance the copy on Hevy is stale
- The workout-complete stats now count up visibly, one at a time, and confetti waits its turn instead of burying them
- Web: the Switching-from-Hevy guide now covers the Instant Insights reel
Fixes
- Multi-day programs judge your session against the day you actually trained - fixes wrong "exercises hit reps" counts and weight advancement on any day but the first
- Bulk "check all" now records each set's weight and reps, so session volume and e1RM no longer undercount
- The On Prescription ribbon now counts intensity-based working sets
- Achievements use the same strict PR rules as the PR board - warmup and partial sets no longer mint trophies

- Saving a progress photo from the gallery keeps the clean original, not the overlay render
- PR share cards no longer clip long exercise names, and every PR in a session can be shared, not just the first
- e1RM progression rate no longer pairs values with the wrong dates after sessions without a valid e1RM
- iOS: reps entry uses the numeric keypad, and the status bar and Dynamic Island stay visible during workouts
- iOS: Settings fields scroll clear of the keyboard instead of hiding under it

Durata 0.9.0
DropSet is now Durata. New name, new logo, same app - and all your data is exactly where you left it.
New
- Add your own photo to any share card - progress shots, session recaps, PR cards and more. Photos are saved on your device and land in a "Durata" album.
- Progress photos now open full screen as their own share card: Share, Save and Delete right on the photo, with story/square and stat toggles below.
- Compare two progress photos side by side as a finished Durata card that reads out the days between them and your weight change, plus a Time Lapse of your shots.
- Share a card the moment you START a program, not only when you finish one - from the start prompt or the share icon on the program page.
- Start Again: re-run a finished program from its History card or its Discover page and carry your working weights forward so you don't start cold.
- "Your Cards" shelf in In Review keeps every program you've finished and goal you've reached ready to re-share, alongside new celebratory pop-ups.
- More share cards: Day One and Comeback moments, a monthly inked training-day calendar, a till-receipt recap, a PR record certificate, an est-1RM trend curve, and Day 50 / 100 / 365 streak milestones.

Improved
- Progress photos now use your phone's own camera everywhere - one consistent chooser, no more upside-down selfies.

- The end-of-workout summary is now a full Session Complete screen with an animated recap of your actual run.
- Empty states across Training now share one consistent look.
- Calmer dashboard: quieter body-part bars, and small week-to-week changes are no longer flagged as movement.
- Finished programs read "Completed" (not "Added") everywhere, and program cover art displays fully on desktop instead of cropping.

Fixes
- Personal records now mean the same thing everywhere - the dashboard, History, In Review and share cards all count the same way, and a lift's very first session is no longer counted as a record.
- Body fat % goals now track in the right direction and no longer mark themselves complete the moment you set a target below your current reading.
- Adding a photo no longer restarts the app, even if the phone closes Durata behind the camera.
- Changes to Workout Defaults and bar/plate settings no longer appear to revert until the app is restarted.
- A routine no longer opens to an empty editor when it actually has exercises.

- getdurata.app now serves a Durata coming-soon page, and share cards reference getdurata.app.

Durata 0.9.0
Fixes

Durata 0.9.0
New

Improved
- Up Next: tapping a session row previews just that session, and the play button now asks before starting a workout
- History session editor: a full-width Save Changes button under the session details, stacked start/end time fields, select-all on tap, and a warning before unsaved edits are discarded

- Android: the in-workout stats bar and calculator shortcuts come back as soon as the keyboard closes, and no longer float over an open keyboard

- Body entries pre-fill weight, body fat and measurements rounded to one decimal instead of a long raw number

- Journey drives now save the full per-session lift arc alongside the captured shots.

Durata 0.9.0
New
- A new landing page — pick 5×5, GZCLP or 5/3/1 and watch the real progression rules react as you hit or miss, right on the page.
- Adjust any program lift's working weight anytime from the ⋯ menu, and DropSet now flags a lift whose weight looks set too low.
- When a GZCLP lift finishes its last stage, DropSet suggests a restart weight worked out from your best set (an estimated 5-rep max at 85%) — enter your own tested number instead if you have one. Only that lift restarts; everything else carries on.
Improved
- The app now uses your phone's native system font, with the DropSet wordmark and the big rest-timer countdown keeping their signature look. The font ships inside the app, so it loads instantly and works offline on first launch, and share cards, charts and badges now draw in the right brand face instead of a fallback.
- Web: the whole site — landing, guide and program pages — now shares one header, colour palette and font, moving to a deep look with green reserved for the "this one's active" cue, and every waitlist prompt explains which email to use.
- Web: the interactive demo starts at realistic beginner weights and shows each program's real behaviour: 5×5's deload, 5/3/1's training-max rules, and GZCLP's T1/T2/T3 tiers and failure rules.
- Web: the guide now explains how coaching tips and Exercise Trends step aside when a program prescribes your reps, how progression reacts to lighter, heavier or skipped sessions, and how stage-based programs like GZCLP handle a missed session.
- Web: journey walkthroughs cleaned up — the 5/3/1 payoff screens show the top set and training-max jump, and the Rippler submaximal wave weeks no longer show false PRs.
Fixes
- Progression now respects the weight you actually lifted — lighter sessions count as misses toward a deload, heavier sessions raise your working weight, a missed set no longer counts as a success, reps inside your prescribed range hold the weight, and a lift with no starting weight picks it up from your first logged set.
- Weights are no longer converted for lifters training in pounds — your PRs, analytics and volume match what you actually lifted, and programs progress in your own unit (the +10 lb / +5 lb the program prescribes, rounded to 5 lb plates). Switching units asks first and never rewrites your history.
- GZCLP now follows the real program: missing reps drops you to the next stage (5×3 → 6×2 → 10×1) instead of cutting the weight, T2 squat and deadlift add the correct 5 kg, accessories hold when you stay close and drop one plate when you fall well short, and T2 lifts restart a new cycle from your 10-rep max.
- Squat, bench, deadlift and row on PHUL and PHAT, and the Texas Method power clean, could never add weight even on a perfect session — they now progress as prescribed, and if you had already started one of those programs the frozen lifts are repaired automatically on next open.
- Metallicadpa PPL 5/3/1's lateral raises no longer lose weight every session — each superset block keeps its own working weight and deloads at the rate the program intends.
- Candito 6 Week Strength now asks for your one-rep maxes when you start it and holds them fixed for the whole block, so the prescribed percentages no longer drift upward as you train.
- Bodyweight lifts that add weight, like weighted pull-ups and dips, now track the added weight properly instead of staying stuck, and dropping the bar mid-session no longer counts as a successful session.
- Jacked & Tan 2.0's T3 accessories now prescribe three working sets, and program screens show the correct training-max percentage.
- Percentage-based programs now show real target weights from the start, even before a progression rule kicks in.
- Program screens were showing the wrong progression description for a handful of lifts — every one now matches what the engine actually does.
- Deloads on lighter accessory lifts no longer hand back more weight than they should.
- The PREV column, "last time" hints and volume-vs-last comparison always reflect your most recent session — including one just finished or synced from another device — instead of needing an app restart.
- Restored the Plateau and Volume Trend readouts on the exercise-detail screen, and personal bests now show the date you actually set them.
- GZCLP and other working-weight programs no longer show a meaningless "(100%)" next to each session's weight in the planner.
- The "Join the waitlist" prompt in the mobile web app now opens the waitlist form instead of just returning you to the home page.
- Coaching tips no longer argue with your program — the hint stays quiet where a program prescribes your reps, and scores you against the program's own target on AMRAP and rep-range sets.
- Resolved a rare crash that could interrupt saving or loading data when the app had been left open in the background or another tab.
