How to do the Rear Delt Reverse Fly (Machine)

  1. Sit facing the reverse fly machine with your chest against the pad. Adjust the seat so the handles are at shoulder height, and grasp them with your arms extended in front of you.
  2. Pull the handles outward and back in a wide arc by squeezing your shoulder blades together, keeping a slight bend in your elbows.
  3. Continue until your arms are in line with your shoulders, pausing briefly at the point of peak contraction.
  4. Slowly return the handles to the starting position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
