How to do Running

  1. Begin with a few minutes of brisk walking or light jogging to warm up your muscles.
  2. Settle into your running pace with an upright posture, a slight forward lean, and your gaze ahead. Land with your feet under your hips and keep your arms bent at roughly 90 degrees, swinging naturally.
  3. Maintain a steady, sustainable pace and rhythm, adjusting speed based on your training goal.
  4. Finish with a few minutes of slower jogging or walking to cool down.

The app's swap picker ranks these the same way: same muscles, similar movement, similar equipment.

Let the app run Running for you

Durata logs the distance and the time, and keeps last session's figures in front of you, so you always know what you are chasing. That works on any of our 50 free programs, or on a session you put together yourself.
