How to do the Glute Ham Raise

  1. Position yourself on the glute ham developer with your thighs against the pad, feet secured between the rollers, and your body upright with your knees bent at 90 degrees. Cross your arms over your chest.
  2. Slowly lower your torso forward by extending your knees, keeping your back straight, until your body is nearly parallel to the floor.
  3. Pull yourself back up to the starting position by contracting your hamstrings and glutes, bending your knees to raise your torso upright.
  4. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
