How to do Standing Leg Curls

  1. Stand facing the standing leg curl machine and position the back of one ankle against the roller pad. Hold the handles or frame for support and keep your torso upright.
  2. Keeping your thigh stationary, bend your knee to curl the roller pad up towards your glutes.
  3. Pause briefly at the top of the movement, squeezing your hamstring.
  4. Slowly lower your leg back to the starting position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch legs.
