What Stability Ball Leg Curl trains

Back

How to do the Stability Ball Leg Curl

  1. Lie on your back with your arms at your sides, palms down, and your heels and calves on a stability ball.
  2. Brace your core and lift your hips off the floor so your body forms a straight line from your shoulders to your heels.
  3. Bend your knees and roll the ball towards your glutes by pulling your heels in, keeping your hips up.
  4. Slowly straighten your legs to roll the ball back out, keeping your hips lifted. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
