How to do the Single Arm Cable Crossover

  1. Set a cable pulley to shoulder height or slightly above. Stand sideways to the machine with your feet staggered, grasping the handle with the hand farthest from the machine, arm extended out to your side with a slight bend in your elbow.
  2. Pull the handle across your body in a wide arc until your hand reaches the front of your chest on the opposite side.
  3. Squeeze your chest at the point of peak contraction.
  4. Slowly return your arm to the starting position with control, feeling a stretch across your chest. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
