What Low Cable Fly Crossovers trains
How to do Low Cable Fly Crossovers
- Stand in the center of a cable machine with the pulleys set at a low position. Grasp the handles with your palms facing forward and arms extended down out to your sides. Position your feet shoulder-width apart and slightly staggered for stability.
- Stand upright with your back straight. Bring the handles together in front of your body in a wide arc, keeping a slight bend in your elbows and palms should face upwards.
- Slowly return the handles to the starting position with control, maintaining the slight bend in your elbows.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Getting it right
- Focus on the contraction of your chest muscles as you bring the handles together.
- Perform the movement slowly and with control to maximize muscle activation and reduce the risk of injury.
- Exhale as you bring the handles together and inhale as you return them to the starting position.
