What Jack Knife (Suspension) trains

Front

How to do the Jack Knife (Suspension)

  1. Set the suspension trainer straps to about mid-calf height. Place your feet in the foot cradles and assume a plank position with your hands on the floor directly under your shoulders.
  2. Keeping your arms straight and your core engaged, pull your knees toward your chest, letting your hips rise slightly.
  3. Pause briefly with your knees tucked in, feeling the contraction in your abdominals.
  4. Extend your legs back to the plank position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
