How to do the Toes to Bar

  1. Hang from a pull-up bar with an overhand grip, hands shoulder-width apart, and your arms fully extended.
  2. Engage your core and pull your shoulder blades down, then raise your legs by flexing your hips and abdominals.
  3. Continue lifting your legs, keeping them as straight as possible, until your toes touch the bar.
  4. Lower your legs back to the hanging position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
