How to do the Single Arm Lat Pulldown

  1. Attach a single handle to the lat pulldown machine and secure your thighs under the pads. Grasp the handle with one hand using a neutral grip, arm fully extended overhead.
  2. Pull the handle down towards the side of your chest by driving your elbow down and back.
  3. Pause briefly at the bottom, squeezing your lat.
  4. Slowly return the handle to the starting position, fully extending your arm with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch arms.
