How to do the Lat Pulldown - Close Grip (Cable)

  1. Sit at the lat pulldown machine with your feet flat on the floor and knees secured under the pads. Grasp the bar attached to the machine with your arms fully extended above you, hands closer than shoulder-width and palms facing forward.
  2. Pull the bar down towards your upper chest, bringing your elbows down and back while slightly leaning back.
  3. Slowly return the handle to the starting position with your arms fully extended overhead.
  4. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
