Trains the upper back. You need a machine. None of our programs use it yet, but you can add it to any session you build.

How to do the Seated Row (Machine)

  1. Sit on the row machine with your chest against the pad and your feet flat on the floor. Grasp the handles with both hands, arms extended in front of you.
  2. Pull the handles towards your torso by driving your elbows back and squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  3. Pause briefly at the point of peak contraction with your elbows behind your torso.
  4. Slowly extend your arms to return the handles to the starting position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
