Durata/Exercises/Reverse Crunch

Reverse Crunch

Trains the abdominals. No equipment needed. None of our programs use it yet, but you can add it to any session you build.

Free to use. The app works out every weight and times your rest.

None of our programs use the Reverse Crunch

It is in the app, so you can add it to any session and log it like anything else. It is just not written into one of our 50 free programs. If you want a abdominals exercise that is, there are 9 on the Abdominals page.

What Reverse Crunch trains

Front

How to do the Reverse Crunch

  1. Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Place your arms by your sides with palms facing down for stability.
  2. Lift your legs off the floor, bending your knees at a 90-degree angle so that your thighs are perpendicular to the floor and your calves are parallel to the floor.
  3. Engage your core and lift your hips off the floor, curling your knees towards your chest. Focus on using your abdominal muscles to lift your hips.
  4. Slowly lower your hips back to the starting position, keeping your knees bent at a 90-degree angle. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

Let the app run the Reverse Crunch for you

Durata picks the weight, times your rest and adds load when you earn it. That works on any of our 50 free programs, or on a session you put together yourself.
