Durata/Exercises/Pilates

Pilates

Trains the full body. No equipment needed. None of our programs use it yet, but you can add it to any session you build.

Free to use. The app works out every weight and times your rest.

None of our programs use Pilates

It is in the app, so you can add it to any session and log it like anything else. It is just not written into one of our 50 free programs. If you want a full body exercise that is, there are 12 on the Full Body page.

How to do Pilates

  1. Set up on a mat in a quiet space, wearing comfortable clothing, and begin with a few deep breaths to engage your core and set your posture.
  2. Perform your chosen sequence of Pilates movements, such as the hundred, roll-ups, leg circles, and planks, flowing between exercises with control.
  3. Focus on precise, deliberate movement driven from your core, coordinating each phase with your breath.
  4. Continue the session for the desired duration, finishing with gentle stretching.

Swap Pilates for

The app's swap picker ranks these the same way: same muscles, similar movement, similar equipment.

Let the app run Pilates for you

Durata picks the weight, times your rest and adds load when you earn it. That works on any of our 50 free programs, or on a session you put together yourself.
