Parallel Bar Support Hold
Trains the triceps, with help from the front delts, chest and abdominals. No equipment needed. None of our programs use it yet, but you can add it to any session you build.
Free to use. The app times the hold, times your rest and remembers every set.
How to do the Parallel Bar Support Hold
- Stand between parallel bars and grip one with each hand.
- Jump or press up so your arms are straight and your feet leave the floor.
- Press your shoulders down, away from your ears, keep your body straight and brace your core.
- Hold the position for the set time, then lower yourself to the floor.
Getting it right
- Keep your elbows locked and your shoulders pushed down the whole time.
- Work up to 3 holds of 1 minute.
- If you cannot hold yourself up at all, let your feet take a little weight at first.

Let the app run the Parallel Bar Support Hold for you
