Durata/Exercises/Oblique Crunch

Oblique Crunch

Trains the abdominals. No equipment needed. None of our programs use it yet, but you can add it to any session you build.

Free to use. The app works out every weight and times your rest.

None of our programs use the Oblique Crunch

It is in the app, so you can add it to any session and log it like anything else. It is just not written into one of our 50 free programs. If you want a abdominals exercise that is, there are 9 on the Abdominals page.

What Oblique Crunch trains

Front

How to do the Oblique Crunch

  1. Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Place your hands behind your head, keeping your elbows wide.
  2. Engage your core muscles and lift your upper back off the floor, rotating your abdomen to raise your right elbow towards the ceiling.
  3. Squeeze your obliques at the top of the movement and slowly lower your upper back to the starting position with control.
  4. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides to work the opposite oblique.

Let the app run the Oblique Crunch for you

Durata picks the weight, times your rest and adds load when you earn it. That works on any of our 50 free programs, or on a session you put together yourself.
