None of our programs use the Landmine Squat and Press

It is in the app, so you can add it to any session and log it like anything else. It is just not written into one of our 50 free programs. If you want a full body exercise that is, there are 12 on the Full Body page.

How to do the Landmine Squat and Press

  1. Secure one end of a barbell in a landmine attachment or wedged into a corner. Stand facing the anchored end with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding the free end of the bar with both hands at chest height.
  2. Push your hips back and bend your knees to lower into a squat, keeping your chest up and the bar close to your body.
  3. Drive through your heels to stand up, and as you reach the top, press the bar up and away from you until your arms are fully extended.
  4. Bring the bar back to your chest with control and lower into the next squat. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
