How to do the Kneeling Pulldown (band)

  1. Anchor a resistance band to a secure high point, such as the top of a door or a pull-up bar. Kneel down facing the anchor and grasp the band with both hands, arms extended overhead so there is tension in the band.
  2. Keeping your torso upright, pull the band down toward the top of your chest by driving your elbows down and back.
  3. Squeeze your shoulder blades together and hold briefly at the bottom of the movement.
  4. Slowly extend your arms back overhead with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
