How to do the Iso-Lateral Row (Machine)

  1. Sit on the iso-lateral row machine with your chest against the pad and your feet flat on the floor. Grasp a handle in each hand with your arms fully extended.
  2. Pull both handles toward your torso by driving your elbows back, keeping them close to your body and squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  3. Pause briefly at the end of the movement, feeling the contraction in your lats and upper back.
  4. Slowly return the handles to the starting position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
