None of our programs use the Hanging Knee Raise

It is in the app, so you can add it to any session and log it like anything else. It is just not written into one of our 50 free programs. If you want a abdominals exercise that is, there are 9 on the Abdominals page.

What Hanging Knee Raise trains

How to do the Hanging Knee Raise

  1. Hang from a pull-up bar with an overhand grip, hands shoulder-width apart, and your arms fully extended with your legs hanging straight down.
  2. Engage your core and raise your knees up toward your chest by bending your hips and knees.
  3. Pause briefly when your thighs are at or above parallel to the floor.
  4. Lower your legs back to the starting position with control, avoiding any swinging. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
