How to do the Front Raise (Suspension)

  1. Grasp the suspension trainer handles with an overhand grip and lean back until your body is at an angle, arms extended straight in front of your chest and your body in a straight line from head to heels.
  2. Keeping your arms straight, raise your hands upward and overhead as your body moves toward an upright position.
  3. Pause briefly when your arms are extended overhead in line with your body.
  4. Slowly lower your arms back to chest level, returning to the leaning position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
