How to do the Front Lever Raise

  1. Hang from a pull-up bar with an overhand grip, hands about shoulder-width apart, and arms fully extended.
  2. Keeping your arms straight and your body rigid, pull your shoulder blades down and drive your body upward and backward until it is horizontal and face-up, in a straight line from shoulders to toes.
  3. Pause briefly in the horizontal position.
  4. Lower your body back to the hanging position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
