How to do the Chest Fly (Suspension)

  1. Set the suspension straps to mid-length and face away from the anchor point. Grasp a handle in each hand and lean forward into a plank-like position with your arms extended in front of your chest, palms facing each other.
  2. Keeping a slight bend in your elbows, open your arms out to your sides in a wide arc, lowering your chest toward the floor.
  3. Squeeze your chest to bring your arms back together in front of you, returning your body to the starting position.
  4. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
