How to do Bicycle Crunch Raised Legs

  1. Lie flat on your back with your hands lightly behind your head and both legs raised, knees bent at 90 degrees so your shins are parallel to the floor.
  2. Lift your shoulder blades off the floor and rotate your torso to bring your right elbow toward your left knee, keeping your right leg raised and extending it out without letting it touch the floor.
  3. Rotate to the other side, bringing your left elbow toward your right knee while extending your left leg, keeping both legs elevated throughout.
  4. Continue alternating sides in a controlled pedaling motion for the desired number of repetitions.
