Ball Slams

Trains the full body. Equipment varies. None of our programs use it yet, but you can add it to any session you build.

Free to use. The app works out every weight and times your rest.

None of our programs use Ball Slams

It is in the app, so you can add it to any session and log it like anything else. It is just not written into one of our 50 free programs. If you want a full body exercise that is, there are 12 on the Full Body page.

How to do Ball Slams

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a medicine ball or slam ball with both hands in front of you.
  2. Raise the ball overhead, fully extending your body and rising onto the balls of your feet.
  3. Forcefully slam the ball down to the floor in front of you, engaging your core and hinging at the hips as you follow through.
  4. Squat down to pick up the ball and return to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

Let the app run Ball Slams for you

Durata picks the weight, times your rest and adds load when you earn it. That works on any of our 50 free programs, or on a session you put together yourself.
