Sled Drag
Trains the full body. Equipment varies. None of our programs use it yet, but you can add it to any session you build.
Free to use. The app works out every weight and times your rest.
None of our programs use the Sled Drag
It is in the app, so you can add it to any session and log it like anything else. It is just not written into one of our 50 free programs. If you want a full body exercise that is, there are 12 on the Full Body page.
How to do the Sled Drag
- Attach a strap or rope with handles to a loaded sled. Hold a handle in each hand and step forward until the strap is tight.
- Lean slightly forward, brace your core and keep your arms straight by your sides.
- Walk forward with short, powerful steps, driving through the balls of your feet.
- Keep going for the set distance, then rest or turn and drag it back.
Getting it right
- Short, quick steps keep the sled moving smoothly.
- Keep your arms straight; your legs do the pulling.
- Walking backwards while facing the sled works the quads harder.
- Load it so you can keep moving without stopping.
Swap Sled Drag for
The app's swap picker ranks these the same way: same muscles, similar movement, similar equipment.
Let the app run the Sled Drag for you
Durata picks the weight, times your rest and adds load when you earn it. That works on any of our 50 free programs, or on a session you put together yourself.
