Durata/Exercises/Sled Push

Sled Push

Trains the full body. Equipment varies. None of our programs use it yet, but you can add it to any session you build.

Free to use. The app works out every weight and times your rest.

None of our programs use the Sled Push

It is in the app, so you can add it to any session and log it like anything else. It is just not written into one of our 50 free programs. If you want a full body exercise that is, there are 12 on the Full Body page.

How to do the Sled Push

  1. Load the sled with an appropriate weight and grip the upright poles with both hands, arms extended or slightly bent.
  2. Lean your body forward at roughly a 45-degree angle, bracing your core and keeping your back flat.
  3. Drive the sled forward by taking powerful, deliberate steps, pushing through the balls of your feet and extending your hips and knees fully with each stride.
  4. Continue pushing for the desired distance, then rest and repeat for the desired number of rounds.

Getting it right

Swap Sled Push for

The app's swap picker ranks these the same way: same muscles, similar movement, similar equipment.

Let the app run the Sled Push for you

Durata picks the weight, times your rest and adds load when you earn it. That works on any of our 50 free programs, or on a session you put together yourself.
