How to do the Single Arm Landmine Press (Barbell)

  1. Secure one end of a barbell in a landmine attachment or wedged into a corner. Stand facing the bar with your feet shoulder-width apart, and hold the free end of the bar in one hand at shoulder height with your elbow bent.
  2. Press the bar up and forward by extending your arm fully, following the natural arc of the bar.
  3. Pause briefly at the top of the movement.
  4. Slowly lower the bar back to shoulder height with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch arms.
