How to do the Seated Cable Row - Bar Wide Grip

  1. Sit at the cable row station with your feet on the footrests and your knees slightly bent. Grasp a wide bar attachment with an overhand grip, hands wider than shoulder-width apart, arms extended.
  2. Pull the bar towards your upper abdomen by driving your elbows out and back, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  3. Pause briefly at the point of peak contraction with the bar near your torso.
  4. Slowly extend your arms to return the bar to the starting position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
