None of our programs use the Rope Cable Curl

What Rope Cable Curl trains

How to do the Rope Cable Curl

  1. Attach a rope to the low pulley of a cable machine. Stand facing the machine with your feet shoulder-width apart and grasp the rope ends with a neutral grip (palms facing each other), arms extended down.
  2. Curl the rope upward towards your shoulders by bending your elbows, keeping your upper arms stationary at your sides.
  3. Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement.
  4. Slowly lower the rope back to the starting position, fully extending your arms with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
