Reverse Wrist Curl (Dumbbell)

Trains the forearms. You need a dumbbell. None of our programs use it yet, but you can add it to any session you build.

Free to use. The app works out every weight and times your rest.

How to do the Reverse Wrist Curl (Dumbbell)

  1. Sit on a bench with your feet flat on the floor, holding a dumbbell in each hand with an overhand grip (palms facing down). Rest your forearms on your thighs, letting your wrists hang over the edge of your knees.
  2. Start with your wrists in a neutral position, holding the dumbbells so that they point straight down.
  3. Curl the dumbbells up by extending your wrists upwards.
  4. Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
