Durata/Exercises/Landmine Row

Landmine Row

Trains the upper back, with help from the lats. You need a barbell. None of our programs use it yet, but you can add it to any session you build.

Free to use. The app works out every weight and times your rest.

None of our programs use the Landmine Row

It is in the app, so you can add it to any session and log it like anything else. It is just not written into one of our 50 free programs. If you want a upper back exercise that is, there are 13 on the Upper Back page.

What Landmine Row trains

Back

How to do the Landmine Row

  1. Begin by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent. Position yourself so that the end of a barbell, anchored in a landmine attachment or a secure corner, is between your feet.
  2. Bend at the hips and knees to lean forward and grab the barbell with both hands using a v handle.
  3. Pull the barbell towards your chest by squeezing your shoulder blades together and bending your elbows.
  4. Lower the barbell back to the starting position with control, fully extending your arms. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

The app's swap picker ranks these the same way: same muscles, similar movement, similar equipment.

Let the app run the Landmine Row for you

Durata picks the weight, times your rest and adds load when you earn it. That works on any of our 50 free programs, or on a session you put together yourself.
