None of our programs use the Front Raise (Band)
It is in the app, so you can add it to any session and log it like anything else. It is just not written into one of our 50 free programs. If you want a shoulders exercise that is, there are 11 on the Shoulders page.
What Front Raise (Band) trains
How to do the Front Raise (Band)
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, placing the resistance band under both feet. Hold a handle in each hand with your arms extended down in front of your thighs, palms facing your body.
- Keeping your arms straight, raise the handles forward and upward until they reach shoulder height.
- Pause briefly at the top, then slowly lower the handles back to the starting position with control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Getting it right
- Ensure the resistance band is securely placed under your feet to avoid slipping.
- Maintain a slight bend in your elbows to reduce strain on the joints.
- Avoid leaning back or swinging; keep your core engaged for stability.
- Exhale as you raise the handles and inhale as you lower them.
