How to do Frog Pumps (Dumbbell)

  1. Lie on your back with a dumbbell resting horizontally across your hips, holding it securely with both hands. Bend your knees, press the soles of your feet together, and let your knees fall out to the sides.
  2. Keeping your feet together and your upper back on the floor, drive through the outer edges of your feet to lift your hips toward the ceiling.
  3. Squeeze your glutes hard at the top of the movement, holding briefly.
  4. Lower your hips back to the floor with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
