None of our programs use the Chest Fly (Band)

What Chest Fly (Band) trains
How to do the Chest Fly (Band)
- Anchor a resistance band at chest height behind you. Stand facing away from the anchor point, holding a handle in each hand with your arms extended out to your sides at chest level, palms facing forward, and a slight bend in your elbows.
- Step forward into a staggered stance to create tension in the band.
- Bring your hands together in a wide arc in front of your chest, keeping the slight bend in your elbows.
- Slowly return your arms to the starting position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Getting it right
- Maintain a slight bend in your elbows throughout to protect your joints.
- Focus on squeezing your chest as your hands come together.
- Exhale as you bring your hands together and inhale as you open back up.
- Ensure the band is securely anchored before starting the movement.
