Free to use. The app works out every weight and times your rest.

None of our programs use the Cable Pull Through

It is in the app, so you can add it to any session and log it like anything else. It is just not written into one of our 50 free programs. If you want a glutes exercise that is, there are 7 on the Glutes page.

What Cable Pull Through trains

How to do the Cable Pull Through

  1. Stand in the middle of a cable pulley machine with a rope attached at a low position. Hold the handles between your thighs with your back facing the machine, and the cables extending back.
  2. Spread your feet just wider than shoulder-width, lean forward, bending at the hips and knees into a semi-squat position, while keeping your back straight and your arms extended.
  3. Extend your hips forward to straighten your body, pushing the handles with your thighs.
  4. Return to the starting semi-squat position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

Let the app run the Cable Pull Through for you

Durata picks the weight, times your rest and adds load when you earn it. That works on any of our 50 free programs, or on a session you put together yourself.
