None of our programs use the Bicep Curl (Suspension)

It is in the app, so you can add it to any session and log it like anything else. It is just not written into one of our 50 free programs. If you want a biceps exercise that is, there are 8 on the Biceps page.

How to do the Bicep Curl (Suspension)

  1. Set the suspension straps to mid-length and stand facing the anchor point. Grasp the handles with an underhand grip (palms facing up) and lean back with your arms extended and your body in a straight line.
  2. Keeping your elbows high and stationary, curl your body up toward the handles by bending your elbows and contracting your biceps.
  3. Pull until your hands are near your temples, keeping your body straight from head to heels.
  4. Slowly extend your arms to lower your body back to the starting position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
