None of our programs use Lateral Leg Raises

It is in the app, so you can add it to any session and log it like anything else. It is just not written into one of our 50 free programs. If you want a glutes exercise that is, there are 7 on the Glutes page.

What Lateral Leg Raises trains

How to do Lateral Leg Raises

  1. Lie on your side with your legs stacked and extended straight, resting your head on your lower arm and placing your top hand on the floor in front of you for balance.
  2. Keeping your top leg straight and your toes pointing forward, raise it upward as high as you comfortably can without rotating your hips.
  3. Pause briefly at the top of the movement.
  4. Lower your leg back down with control until it almost touches your bottom leg. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.

Let the app run Lateral Leg Raises for you

Durata picks the weight, times your rest and adds load when you earn it. That works on any of our 50 free programs, or on a session you put together yourself.
