Durata/Exercises/Incline Row (Bodyweight)

Incline Row (Bodyweight)

Trains the upper back, with help from the biceps, lats and forearms. No equipment needed. None of our programs use it yet, but you can add it to any session you build.

Free to use. The app works out every weight and times your rest.

How to do the Incline Row (Bodyweight)

  1. Hold rings, a strap or a bar set around waist to chest height, arms straight, and walk your feet forward so your body leans back at an angle between upright and flat.
  2. Keep your body in a straight line from your head to your heels, heels on the floor.
  3. Pull your chest up to your hands, driving your elbows back and squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  4. Lower yourself under control until your arms are straight. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
